AND the denim obsession continues… I mean let’s face it, distressed denim will always have a special place in my heart. If you find a good pair of denim, you quite literally can wear it for YEARS. I found these babies on forever21. Remember how I said I was saving for a house? Welp, these fit right in the budget.
I won’t lie though, forever21 has some great finds for a very ideal price point. It’s almost dangerous because you can find yourself saying “well it’s only $20.” I’ve always been a huge fan of purchasing trendy pieces at a lower price point and more classic/versatile pieces are where you should invest.
As an update on our house hunt… well there is no update. We’re still shooting to start seriously looking in February and hopefully find something by summer. I’ve heard some mixed opinions on buying a house “during this market.” Some of which have been completely soul crushing. I mean, If you think about it (and believe me, I have!), it’s all relative. You’re either paying more for a house during this influx or continue giving up money for rent. While there are so many pros and cons to both, I think, for me, we’re so ready to get our life started and to us that means buying a house!
Has anyone else felt the pressure to wait to purchase a house during this market? Any tips to get past the worries of buying a new home?
