If you know me, you know that I prefer pants over anything else. It allows more freedom to move around than, say, a dress or a skirt. The best part about a good pair of wide legged trousers is that, when paired with heels, you get an instant lift (and I’ll take all the height I can get).
When I saw these at my friend’s boutique, ChanElizabeth, I immediately purchased them without even trying them on. I’m glad I did, as I’ve already had a ton of compliments on them and, man, are they comfy. I have a similar pair from Zara that I have worn so many times I’ve lost count. These were a perfect upgrade from those.
The great thing about trousers like these are they are so versatile. You can wear them in the summer with a crop or tank. Or you can wear them in the winter with a cozy knit. I have also day-dreamed about pairing them with a tied up graphic tee. Hmm… maybe you’ll see that look on here soon.
